Elevate Repair uses your verified phone number to provide access to eligible repair history, rewards, notifications, and related app features.
If you would like us to delete your app-specific data, you can submit a deletion request by email.
How to request deletion
Email us at support@elevaterepairbuffalo.com to request deletion of your app data.
Please include the following in your email:
- Your full name
- The phone number used in the Elevate Repair app
- The words: “Delete my Elevate Repair app data”
Elevate Repair may verify ownership of the phone number before completing the request.
Data we delete or deactivate
After verifying your request, we may delete, deactivate, or anonymize app-specific data such as:
- Elevate Rewards membership and profile data
- Active rewards and app sessions
- Notification device registrations and push subscriptions
- App-specific identifiers
- Other app-specific data that is no longer needed
Data we may retain
The following business records may be retained where needed for legitimate business, accounting, tax, warranty, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or legal purposes:
- Repair and service history
- Jobs and work orders
- Invoices
- Payment and transaction records
- Warranty records
- Records required for legal or regulatory purposes
Important clarification
Deleting your app-specific data does not necessarily delete your service or invoice records.
You may later verify your phone number again to access eligible repair records associated with that number.
